This work is about my amateur scientific intrigue - I love to read about genetics and brains and advances in science and medicine - and about undiscovered worlds of the future - what potential lies in nature and the generations ahead? What a privilege it was for me to watch this baby boy being born into this world, to see him take his first breath and to watch him grow. His heart represents our communal human heart, connecting to all life on earth, beating with the wonder and the possibility of a better world.
